I cannot find any email address on their Contact Us page and their enquiries form is throwing up endless catpcha tests that you can't pass. Frustrating. Was just looking for replacement caps to save buying new bottles, and to help the environment really. EDIT: Your (eventual) response that says: We have just checked with our website development team and it doesn't appear we have had any issues. .. is bemusing Because you clearly did have issues. I wrote them down to be helpful. It looks like you fixed your issues and then replied. I think that's known as "gaslighting".

I have been working with the plastic bottles company for about 2 years now and I Love working with these guys. They are so helpful and go above and beyond to help me every time. Cara is always there when I need anything. Bottles are always high quality and the delivery is fast. I love the fact that prices are all visible on the website and everything is transparent which makes my work easier.

Items arrived (delivery a little slow), however, look half full once filled with the specified amount - allowing for decompression space. Was told a measuring jug is not an adequate way to measure liquid. "Proved" the bottles are correct by pouring from another unmarked bottle into the type I have received.... bemused! Would not use again.

Collette Butterworth . Not a nice person Admitted they sent they wrong caps out with my bottles , every single parcel I sent out leaked all over my other items . So I had to replace product and correctly fitting caps to satisfy my customers as youd expect Not great service at all Thankfully there are others out there providing much better customer service . Collette Ive two businesses Collette why have you reviewed your own company ? Little bias your review wouldnt it.
