I bought a pair of zeiss driving glasses, as I drive to work and back every day, in the dark at the moment, they are the best pair of glasses, cutting out all the glare from car headlights, it makes driving at this time of year much easier, and what makes it even better the lenses were on offer at half price too. Ramsay and Roberts Opticians is a lovely bright and welcoming place, with very friendly and helpful staff.

I attend Ramsay&Roberts for both my contact lense and also my spectacle examinations. The team are very attentive and talk you through each step of the eye exam, explaining what all of the equipment does, what you might expect from each result. Optometrists Elysia and Laura have undertaken my eye exam in the past, which included taking a comprehensive history; an in depth look at the health of your eyes; the results from the pre-examination tests earlier in the appointment (which are fascinating) and a look at your prescription. The appointment does not feel rushed, and you are left feeling that all bases have been throughly covered. The shop is beautifully designed, and there is an extensive range of products to choose from should you need a new pair of glasses or change in contact lense brand. A brilliant addition to our highstreet.

I was made to feel welcome by all staff as soon as I walked in. Elysia conducted my eye examination in a calm and professional manner, which put me at ease. The choice of frames are excellant and the help I got to choose the correct ones was extremely good. The shop is exceptionally clean and modern. Would definitely recommend others to go there.
