Brought a watch off Sam and Jamie. Had a problem which wasn't there fault and they sorted the problem very professionally. I will buy of these again and I advise people do too for a fabulous service.

Ive purchased 2 watches from here now in the space of 12 months. Brilliant service, excellent condition of both watches & more than happy to buy another from here. Id definitely say the prices are very competitive compared to alot of other places & service is first class. Looking forward to getting another soon

What can I say apart from an absolutely superb level of customer service from start to finish. Excellent communication and transparency throughout the whole process. A slight problem was found at no fault of Swiss Timepieces before the watch was sent out however they swiftly and professionally had this sorted for me and I couldnt be any more thankful. I definitely recommend the team at Swiss Timepieces and hope to do some more business with them in the future
