Most of the scores of BL are 4/5* I understand that sometimes people have a bad experience but I've had 4 caravans of Bardsea Leisure and never a problem, staff are brilliant and as for Jason I've always found him helpful he even took us home in his car once because I needed something and I've never heard him swear either he must of been having a bad day as we ALL do occasionally. Tim, Paul, Regan and Ben did a great job and the van was spotless when I picked it up, so ignore all the negatives and as for not getting a leg steady handle I got one every time, also you get 10% off in the shop and two free nights. Just a couple of points that I recently had with BL, don't want to mention names but I was after a quote for my Bailey 640 as a trade in for a new motorhome said they would ring next day, that didn't happen?? Rang a week later spoke to reception said they'd pass on message and nothing poor communication etc, also my caravan service cost me 312 last year but everywhere else 200, go up to Threlkeld site near keswick you can stay 2 nights on his site and he will service your caravan while your there and it's a lovely walk into Threlkeld and still save money unfortunately BL getting expensive I will continue to use the shop but not the service side.
