        Lovely clothes but not great customer service. There was no way to track when the clothes would be delivered. Also, when clothes arrived the packaging was not sealed properly so one of the items was missing. I sent an email to customer service two weeks ago but have not received a response or acknowledgement. It's a shame as would've liked to order from them again.

        Amazing, I was so nervous about ordering and normally buy everything new but decided to try shopping more sustainably as babies don't get much wear from their clothes. After receiving my first order I was relieved, everything was in amazing condition, some even new with tags. Lots of care had gone into packaging the parcel, everything had been ironed and folded beautifully. I will be ordering again and they have completely put me at ease with the quality of the products ordered. Thank you
