Please please pass on my thanks to Rachel and Kat who care of me on ward 4 last Saturday. They were both amazing and a credit to your hospital. They listened and were very proactive with the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Also to the young female doctor in A&E whose name I didn't get. Please pass on and thank you.

I was expecting a phone call from the pain management team at 8.45. I wanted and waited. I rang the number on my letter which was booking appointments. Impossible to get through. I rang the hospital number and it was engaged. I finally got a ring tone so I left it ringing. Someone obviously didnt like the phone ringing they picked it up and since then it been engaged. No one answered just left the phone off the hook . Ive tried and tried and all I get is a busy signal. Disgraceful. 10:20 and still no answer or phone call from pain people.
