I chose Floral & Hardy in Ulvaston because they had good reviews online, unfortunately my experience was very poor. I contacted them by phone to order flowers for my daughters 25th birthday and she was holidaying in their area. The brief was a bright and vivid bouquet, something exotic like maybe a bird of paradise and some lilies. What arrived was mainly foliage with a few yellow and pale pink flowers. Some of the greenery was limp and so was the pampas grass plume. There was nothing exotic and no bird of paradise. I phoned the shop to explain my disappointment only to be told bird of paradise were out of season, which no one mentioned when I ordered. After some discussion it was agreed they would replace them with something bright and vivid. Today, after a few exchanged text messages between Nina and my daughter it was agreed that my daughter would collect the new bouquet from their shop, only to arrive and be told when she arrived that she needed to bring the initial bouquet back with her. I contacted them again myself to ask for a full refund and they wouldnt do that either without the original bouguet being returned. Cant believe Floral And Hardy have made such a mess of what should of been and easy task for them. I paid over 40 and had my daughter not been on hols for her birthday I could of bought much nicer flowers for 5 at my local Tesco store. A very disappointing experience all round and therfore I would not recommend or use this florist again.
