        Excellent service from helpful, friendly staff. Food was 10 out of 10 for taste, portion size, quality and price (less than 20 each for main course and a drink). Thoroughly recommended. If you are in the area, its well worth searching it out. You won't be disappointed. Parking: Plenty parking right outside the door

        Friendly and speedy service on a busy afternoon. Good ale and excellent chips. Plenty of tables outside to sit in the sun. Only downside was the very narrow car park spaces which meant we had to park away from the pub on the main road however not an issue as the weather was good. Have been in mid-winter too and they have a great old open fire.
