Crooks - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Taking payment without providing any form of service or communication. 3 months worth of emails ignored, and still sending invoices for a service we are not getting, nor want after this experience. Final straw is seeing 600 debited from our bank account. If I could give zero stars, i would!!!

Continued to significantly overbill us for almost a full year, despite repeatedly calling and told 'we'll sort that' after a year they still haven't refunded any of the extra. Considering court. Have moved to shopify, less than quarter the price, no long contracts, no overbilling and huge arrays of add-on features. The fact you've still kept all the overbilled money and refuse to refund what's rightly ours shows your company is simply paying lipservice. Again month after month requested dropping the optional add ons that were a one month trial. Told sorry that'll be fixed next month. Took almost a year until they were canceled while you direct debit us for them each month. Actions vs words.... Regards working hard on customer service, it's either willful or incompetent, you choose
