        I cannot praise Adam enough. He is charming, gentle and immensely patient. In dealing with two silver surfers with very limited IT knowledge, he helped to solve problems, tutor very clearly, all done remotely. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires an excellent, professional service.

        Our laptop died and unfortunately we hadn't backed up any of our photos and files. Adam was able to recover 99.9% of our photos and files which we were delighted with and he installed a new hard drive etc so our laptop is now working better than ever saving us the expense of buying a new one. A huge thank you for rescuing our photos and we promise we're backing everything up now
