I have been going to the Baptist church for 15 years and the people of the church are friends and very loving and caring people.

This is a loving church with a very warm welcome. The teaching is sound and thought provoking and the children's talks and creche make the morning service family friendly. Tea and Coffee after the service provides the chance to meet and have fellowship with like minded people.

I can highly recommend coming to this church. The pastor (Steve Wood) and the rest of the elders and deacons always give you a warm welcome, the sermons are easy to understand (they use the New King James Version of The Bible, and Praise! hymnbook) and the hymns are played traditionally with piano accompaniment. They have a loop system for hearing aid users, and provide tea and coffee after the services. There are also children's meetings on Wednesday evenings during school term times, and a ladies' group on the first Friday of each month.
