We booked Marcus for a hen party in The Lakes. The end result was a wonderful evening, great food, great service and an overall great experience. Everyone who attended loved it and would happily recommend it to others. The engagement with Marcus from the beginning was excellent from deciding on menus, providing an online selection site for those who attended (which made people management so much easier) and ensuring the arrangements on the day were clear. Marcus was very responsive to all questions fired his way and there was a genuine sense from Marcus of wanting to ensure the experience was beyond good. If anyone was looking to do something similar I could not recommend Marcus strongly enough. My high expectations were certainly met. He was brilliant. The food was brilliant. The service on the day was brilliant.

Highly recommended. Marcus cooked for 7 ladies who were walking/ relaxing in a weekend cottage in the Lakes. Excellent communication prior to the evening, great variety of choices on the menu,very trustworthy. Marcus arrived promptly on the evening. Canaps to start brought to us as we had pre drinkies and chatted.We enjoyed chatting and watching him in the kitchen, although that was our choice as the kitchen /diner was large and open plan. Really attentive, just the right balance of being involved in conversation and quietly working in the background. Food was superb. The kitchen was left at the end of the evening as if he hasn't been there! A thoroughly relaxing was to spend a lovely weekend in the Lakes.

Marcus was fantastic. Excellent communication beforehand, a wide menu to choose from and perfect on the day. He arrived with a gorgeous bunch of flowers for me (a big birthday + Mother's Day!), and cooked canapes and a 3 course meal for 10 of us - everything was delicious and generous portions all round! Gracie was an excellent waitress and the kitchen was left spotless afterwards. Marcus is friendly and really easy to get on with; we would book him again without hesitation.

An absolute amazing experience. For myself and 7 other girls. The food was amazing, just what we wanted. Will definitely be using marcus again without a doubt. So friendly and made the time for each and everyone of us

A thoroughly wonderful experience. We had a family birthday celebration and Marcus prepared a sensational meal for our party of 10. The service flowed and Grace was fab waitress. The experience was a real treat and I have every intention of repeating it at the first opportunity!!
