This place was recommended to me when I had my 'hour of need'. Being a elderly woman with no clue what I was doing when my toilet syphon broke, and not being able to get a plumber, at all!! I set about self repair. They gave me the correct doughnut, but then I needed one rubber washer, he opened a packet, and charged me for one tiny rubber washer, and put the packet back on the shelf? Why not just give me the packet? I have no idea how much he charged me as he wouldn't give me the breakdown receipt. I also needed waterpump Pliers (?) I got charged 27, I later found out I could have got these for a tenner. I won't be going here again.
