Ordered some five ten pro's on Tuesday and received them on Wednesday, absolutely superb service cannot rate them highly enough, and so glad I managed to get hold of some and in my size. A great experience all round

Nice store, but the 'full bike service' was really disappointing. I took my bike in for a full service, and whilst some things were done really nicely, I was overcharged for cables that were supposed to be included, the gears came out misaligned and the bottom bracket didn't get looked at (supposedly the whole bike gets disassembled and rebuilt, felt more like they check it over based on my list of gremlins and replace anything that was close to needing it). They did fix the first two issues when I spotted them the next day. They did nicely add a bunch of plastic to prevent cable rub at my request, but didn't wipe down the area they were covering - bit odd. Worst though was that the top tube was completely loose and hadn't been tightened, like it had been forgotten. The shop is nice and seems to have everything you need, and staff are friendly. However given the issues I'll buy myself a toolkit and learn how to do my own servicing in the future.
