So I've been coming here for years now to get my hair done by Lauren, I honestly couldn't praise her more! She always provides me with the most dreammyyy results and I'm always overly obsessed with my hair after my appointment. Not only are the results always beautiful but its such a lovely environment to get pampered as all staff are absolutely lovely. 1000% reccomend Service: Hairstyling

Myself and my husband Garry have been going to Michelle from Urban Retreat for many years. The environment is always relaxed and inviting. Michelle does an absolutely amazing job every time. I can be a bit of challenge as I change my hairstyle and colour often and over the years Michelle goes out of her way to satisfy my requirements not just at the appointment but also spends time away from the business to send recommendations and research for me too! Michelle and the team have always made me very welcome and the environment feels like home, a great cup of coffee too - I would highly recommend anyone to come to Urban Retreat.
