Openly rude service on a regular basis from the older female cashier with a Scottish accent. Absolutely no use of manners of any sort what so ever. No greeting and no please or thank you during the entire transaction and openly rude when I expressed my displeasre. This has happened several times with this person and on this occasion I was compelled to make an official complaint as enough is enough! With small branches being under threat of closure up and down the country I would of thought that staff would do everything they can to keep their transaction levels up. I have a business account with Lloyds and will avoid this branch as much as I possibly can from now on!
