        Tea, cake and conversation at the Browfoot Room every Thursday afternoon is always friendly and welcoming. There's even a pop-up Post Office. Would recommend it to passing visitors as to locals - you will definitely be kindly and hospitably received, thanks to the excellent team who organise the event. Parking on the road on either side of the junction is perfectly acceptable if the small car park is full.

        Lovely spot to listen to a music gig. A well stocked bar but make sure you have cash as a mobile signal for banking isn't possible still, I can recommend the tap water. Everyone is super friendly
