        He was supposed to come and have a look at a leak on the roof but never showed up, never heard from him again. Waste of time and totally unreliable.

        Mark provided us with a quote to repoint our ridge tiles in April 2019. It reached June and the work had still not been completed. No message from Mark. I chased the completion date which was then extended until August... it is now November and I haven't had one message or apology. Poor customer service
