Fellbites advertises a large portion of its menu as gluten free. I have celiac disease and checked twice that their loaded fries were safe to eat when I visited yesterday, and both times they said they were safe. Last night, I had a miserable experience reacting to this food. I have to assume it was the fries because everything else I had today was home cooked. I was up all night with a very sore stomach vomiting into the toilet. If you have a food allergy, avoid this place. They can't be trusted to get the facts right.

Always visit Fellbites when we're in the Lakes. Beautifully cooked fresh food and always a good menu to choose from. Opted for the new addition of loaded fried. Had bbq pulled pork with cheese. What a fantastic dish and finished with crispy onion. On the recommendation of a lovely couple from Wimbledon then had to finish with the sticky toffee pud. Fantastic visit and will be back in June

Nice place, comfortable and good, varied menu (something for everyone). Dog friendly.
