        Hi I attended The Outward Bound School in 1963 what a fantastic experience,canoeing,rock climbing,map reading,out in whiteouts on striding edge,one of our instructors was Chris Bonnington world famous mountener,we had hard frost sleeping under canvas,even helped to repair a jetty on Ulswater,I can still remember the details of what we done,would definitely recommend the experience.Mick Armstrong.

        Making memories for young people which last a lifetime. Amazing staff and instructors - from top down this is an amazingly good place to be. Two weeks here with 160 young people - they will remember it with fondness for the rest of their lives. Cannot recommend highly enough.

        Got told I was embarrassing because I couldnt change my batteries in my torch because my hands WERE FROZEN.
