The ice-cream is an absolute rip off 6.00 each and the staff are very rude not how you run a business atall

Quite simply appalling customer service from the guy doing the service that we simply turned around and walked out of the premises after waiting 15 minutes to be served a ice cream in a virtually empty store. I uttered the words "stick em up your **** mate" to myself as we left... what a absolute w*****!

A great shop for your last minute hiking needs. This place saved me when I forgot to bring my coat, saved me from getting very wet and cold. But if you turn up shortly before they are closed you may not get all services availible, don't blame them for starting closedown of equipment if it's dead. Prices could be better but you are in the middle of nowhere really so you can't complain.
