        I use moreton wood charcoal in my charcoal / kamado oven. As a product it is in a different class to the old generic charcoal I used to buy from the big DIY stores (let alone the horrific sawdust briquettes you can buy) Huge chunks of charcoal which light easily without lighters and burn for hours with a clean smoke. Great knowing its sustainably made and local as well. I wont use anything else! Keep up the amazing work.
