There is a warm inside pen and an enclosed outdoor area for each cat. These have always been immaculate on each of our visits.
I would highly recommend the cattery.

When we arrived to pick the cats back up, we were once again met with someone who was surprised to see us and we were promptly told "we're closed, it's a Bank Holiday". This was news to us as our booking had been accepted and we were due to pick the cats up. The man said that several people had turned up today saying the same thing and he tried to charge me for tomorrow as well because of that. I had to get out my confirmation email to prove to him that I wasn't lying and that the cattery had in fact taken my booking to end on a Bank Holiday.
Again, this staff member had no interaction with my cats, I got no update on how they had been, I have no idea if they got played with, brushed, or if anyone spent any time with them at all. I have literally no information about their stay at all and frankly in future I would rather not go on holiday than take my cats here again.
I understand that there was clearly an admin failure here. I suggest to them that if they cannot manage to transfer information from an email booking onto their paper forms that perhaps they should either not accept email bookings or seriously review their admin processes.
