Had the best experience there today. Girls are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.Didnt find the one today but Ill be keeping a eye out on their socials for new arrivals

Attended the venue on friends recommendation. Difficult to locate due to no signage. Staff explained they were waiting for the landlord to give permission. However staff were very accommodating when called and informative. On arrival we were informally welcomed and they had shown interest with the customers plans. Observed rails of white/ivory and minimal tonal dresses to provide choice. Sadly this had limited the options available in today's wedding style and events. The sizings were according to rails which again informed the customer of number of options. There is a system of dispensing plastic coins to help select a number of dresses. Found that interesting but felt rushed to go and try on before the bride herself had chosen one! Some positive discussions held to explore the customers expection and preferences. You are taken to an extension of the unit to try on the options but on this occasion the bride to be to was unable leave the area to peruse freely as there was no provision to cover self (gown) in the interim. No mirror in the changing enclosure to enable the customer to view the gown before being trussed up. This caused added frustration and loss of time. Instinct is a massive driver when purchasing something for self. When stepping into the gowns felt awkward. Known the staff were to open the gown on the floor to enable customer to step inside, however it not conducive for the maturer lady standing on one on leg to find footings. Sorry staff for the cristism however, hope this is taken in a positive manner. Conclusion for the customer is enter with open mind and the staff to consider how to make the experience more personal such as , mirror in enclosure, gowns, background music or welcoming refreshment for the appointment.

I bought my dress from BrideVibe today and would highly recommend them to anyone! They created a wonderful relaxed, friendly atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble for them and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I have visited a few places and this was by far my favourite!

Absolutely fabulous service. Friendly and welcoming. Loved the way they gave me space to look and try on there beautiful dresses. The prices are amazing. Definitely worth a trip

Was my first time trying on wedding dresses, I also attended my appointment on my own. I felt very nervous coming in and was instantly put at ease. Appreciated the thoughts/guidance of Abbi. Would highly recommend.
