Very clean and welcoming. The roses, wine & welcome Pack was a very nice touch. Location is great for trips to Skegness or Lincoln but being right on a corner of a main road makes it noisy at any time of day. Very high end fittings, lots of kitchen appliances. Stainless Steel worktops look great. Some cupboards are showing signs of chipping, always a problem with a rented property. The chips & the road are the only thing stopping me from giving this property 5 stars. Very well done.

The building itself is stunning and the decorations really work, however could do with a lick of paint and the cobwebs clearing. The flowers and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. What really let it down was the awful smell in the bathroom. Looking at the ceiling below, I'm guessing there's been quite a nasty leak as the sell is very musty and unpleasant which really put a dampener on the experience.
