I do think what we paid was quite expensive. The owner tried to get us to pay cash but we just paid through website.
Only a curtain separating us from the owners part and no lock on the doors. A lot of cats which if you have an allergy you could not stay there as breakfast served in the room where the cats spend a lot of time. My husband was quite weezy when we left despite the fact that the owner puts the cats outside while we ate.
The bathroom is freezing and the shower and sink have plumbing issues as the water doesn't drain away. The walls are not complete and nor is the ceiling. No wonder it was cold.
There are chairs on the decking but they are also covered in cat hairs.
I would only recommend this if price was halved and the cats were mentioned when booking.
