Ive worked with Victoria for about 9 years now. Why was I getting I touch with a PT? I was overweight, hated PE & games in school, did zero exercise and had always been unfit It was my 30th birthday photos that did it. I was ready to make a change. Victoria tailored my sessions to what I could do and then I went from strength to strength, training in a way that I never thought I could! squats, burpees and lunges.. I did them all! There was no looking back! No two sessions were the same! And yes I lost weight, but more importantly I had stamina and strength. Not only was I working on myself physically but mentally which now looking back was so much more important to me. Unlearning behaviours which were detrimental to me and learning to respect myself again. Fast forward 9 years I now do yoga with Victoria twice a week. I always used to think I cant do yoga because Im not flexible but thats why you should start!! Again going from strength to strength.. working and investing time in me

Training with Victoria has been a pleasure. She did an amazing job of assessing my goals, and coming up with training for me while we were restricted to video calls during lockdown. When I started suffering from RSI and those plans had to be abandoned she came up with alternatives which kept me engaged and getting stronger while still working towards my original goals, even though I could not directly train for them. She's always very supportive, and great at helping me train through and around everything life throws at me.

Ive been doing pregnancy yoga with Victoria since my 5th month pregnancy and I absolutely love it ! Victoria always tries to adapt the class to my needs and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the whole class. I always feels so relaxed after each class and cannot wait for the following session.
