Had a chat with Tel and we spoke in length about different cars and the idea of an upgrade' after driving the 120d e82 msport I fell in love with it. I'm delighted with the car I recently purchased from NBR Performance. From our first telephone call with Tel, he was open, honest and straightforward. The car's bodywork and alloys were in immaculate condition, it runs beautifully and the car stood head and shoulders above the condition of others we had viewed in the same price bracket elsewhere. Communications were excellent with regular updates prior to collection. Prior to meeting Tel, my partner and I had been disheartened by wasting our time driving miles to view vehicles elsewhere that looked great on advertisements, yet on inspection turned out to have unreported damage, or the salesperson themselves appeared shifty and something of a "rogue trader". It was refreshing to do business with Tel; I felt reassured and confident in his professionalism. It was a nice easy transaction and I am very much enjoying my new car. Highly recommended!
