Excellent customer service I had a fantastic experience buying a car. The process was stress-free and pleasant. Ben was very thorough and well-informed. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked like brand new even though it was a preowned car and Ben handled me very well. He was very kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happy and appreciate the great customer service. The vehicle was serviced, given a new MOT, valeted, and detailed at no cost. I highly recommend Bluauto.

Excellent service, excellent car! The whole team are brilliant at BluAuto. I really put Stuart to work by starting to look at a 4x4 and completely changed my mind last minute and ended up buying a 2 seater Audi TT! They are patient, not pushy in any way and you can tell genuinely care about you as a customer and about the level of service they provide. There is no pushy sales, no arrogance and no false expectations. The quality of their cars are also excellent. Ive not had a single issue, no strange noises, no squeaks and have been assured If I do get anything pop up to let them know and they will take care of it. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you very much for all your help and when it comes too looking for a new car, you will be seeing me again!

Hassle free experience We have waited a while to write this review, just to see how everything panned out. The car we bought, a 2015 Mini has been faultless, no issues, complete peace of mind. This has been wholly enjoyable and hassle free car buying experience. From start to finish, and indeed beyond, we have been treated in a friendly, non pushy and professional manner. We were allowed time to browse the vehicles we were interested in, offered keys to look around them on our own, then given test drives. All questions were answered, we had frank and honest conversations, and the salesman that dealt with us, Liam, was true to his word. We were kept informed and updated throughout the preparation process, our expectations were managed, they are very busy, understandably they wont release the vehicle until they are 100% happy, as well as the customer. They dealt with any concerns we had, and were very accommodating, staying open late to allow us to collect or car when it was ready. I can highly recommend Bluauto, you may find cheaper cars elsewhere, but what you wont get is the attention to detail, quality and peace of mind that you get here. I will 100% be buying my next car from these guys.
