        Tried to get travel money, queued for ages to be told the lady that does the travel money is having her lunch and won't be back for another 20 minutes... Very helpful.

        Hopeless. Posted a shoebox sized parcel to New Zealand on the 25th November via international tracked & signed parcel service and paid 28 for the honour, as well as queuing up for 15 minutes to do so. As of 2nd Jan it's still showing as stuck at the international parcels depot at Heathrow. I'd stupidly assumed it would arrive by Christmas! Never, ever using Royal Fail again, I'll just use UPS/FedEx.

        As always. The So called Post Office is shut, even on a normal working day. And they still use the same old "Due to Sickness " excuse which is now wearing thin to say the least. Absolute Rubbish. Might as well close it down and be done with it.
