Amazing customer service, Rupert and Joe are fantastic. Joe has loads of knowledge about the products and why it's better sometimes to buy the upper price your happy to spend although I didn't feel pressured to buy the more expensive boots. This was on some boots I was looking at a pair of cheaper boots but from the knowledge I got I knew I would be back in next year. The boots are fantastic and the new bridgedale double pack of socks make the boots even more comfortable. A few items that I want were not available in store, they checked there online store and I bought them, had them delivered for free. I will definitely be going back to get more bits and pieces from the store. Parking was easy, there is a 3 or 10 hour car park also it's free to use. Beats going to the other stores.

I visited this store in February this year, looking for a pair of walking shoes, that would alleviate a painful foot condition. I had absolutely top-notch service from Simon. His knowledge of foot anatomy, and correct fitting , and his attention to detail were phenomenal. Ive never experienced such caring attention when buying shoes before! I bought a pair, and am now able to walk in comfort at last! This man is a treasure! Make sure he never leaves! I have already recommended him to friends who have been as delighted as I was. Very happy customer!

Simon was so knowledgeable and helpful and his advise was invaluable. The hiking boots that he suggested were perfect and it helped tremendously being advised how to lace them correctly. Top man! Highly recommend Milletts , Uckfield .
