        Incredibly pleased with our experience of Total orthodontics in Uckfield. Melissa has been amazing with my daughter, clearly explaining the process to her and putting her at ease. All staff there are very friendly and professional and the end result is fantastic.

        This is the worst experience I've had with a dentist/orthadontist practice ever. I have tried to get an appointment for months. The phone system keeps me waiting for 20 minutes at a time and then disconnects you. I rang for 60 minutes in one day and never got through. How can an orthadontist be that busy! The staff are unwilling to find ways to help you fit in appointments, simply stating when they are open. It is not a friendly experience and the prices are extortionate. Go somewhere else.

        I cannot speak highly enough of Melissa and her team. My son had really terrible teeth and they are now straight and perfect. Melissa explained each step clearly and made the whole process easy.
