        Really friendly and professional staff, made me feel very welcome on my first visit. Lucy the optician explained everything in detail during my eye exam and made me feel very relaxed. The store manager also took very good care of me after to help me choose a pair of glasses and booked me in for a fitting the following week. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to join an opticians

        I had a really pleasant experience at Barracloughs in Uckfield. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr Javadnia was fantastic, really approachable and very informative. I had visited a large chain opticians a few months prior and wasnt really happy with the appointment. Dr Javadnia made a diagnosis and Im starting to see improvements already so I cant thank you enough.
