        My son had a contact lense trial here and all the staff were all so patient with him until he could master it himself. Alfie also found out my son's existing glasses prescription has been too strong from his previous opticians. So glad we came here instead and will continue to do so instead - can't thank them all enough. My son is very happy and has been getting on so well with his new lenses!

        The staff and very friendly and professional. Quick turnaround on lense replacement. I like going there,more efficient than specsavers,IMO

        Absolutely brilliant customer service - I cant rate my experience in Vision Express any higher! Claire and Astrid made me feel so welcome and did their best to help me get the perfect lenses for my 1950s vintage frames. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldnt be happier with the result. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you ladies! Xx
