        Great service, I thought I'd update this as I popped in there on the off chance they could fix my daughters broken glasses, and they fixed her up with a new pair in less than 10 minutes! Outstanding service

        Awful experience. Staff clueless about the sensory needs for autistic people. Their response to my complaint was pitiful. I will never go to Specsavers again. In response to the request to put it i to a web form: I have already emailed the store and had a risible response. I will be following it up with your head office.
