Terrible experience, specifically with estate agent Daniel. We made an initial low offer on a property and were told by Daniel, upon making the offer that the sellers definitely wouldnt be accepting it. We knew the initial offer was low and we had the intention of raising our offer as required to secure the property, however, we never heard back from Daniel or anyone else at mansell mctaggart. The only update we got was when we looked on zoopla and saw the house had been taken off the market. This makes me question whether Daniel ever actually submitted our offer to the seller as required. Incredibly disappointing. Would wholeheartedly not recommend. Felt shady and dishonest. From then on, in our property search we actively avoided any property listed by mansell mctaggart.
