Just a friendly suggestion - some chefs have the knack to make sure that the cheese does not get too stretchy and its taste can be relished. Like today the cheese on the pizza was too stretchy which spoiled the whole fun of relishing a pizza so if the other chefs can be mindful of this aspect it could really help.
