        Can't speak highly enough of Austin. I was really lucky to catch him at one of his rare busy times and he came straight away and fixed my PC, saving me from having a nervous breakdown! Unlike most IT service providers, he was able to explain the problem clearly in laymen's language. so that I didn't feel like an idiot, It's evident that he loves his work, which makes him the ideal saviour for anyone with computer problems in Uckfield and surrounding areas.

        I contacted Tilbury IT Services to assist with my building of a workstation PC and frankly it could not have been done without them. Austin guided me through the whole process and we made some changes to components to make an even better build. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Christmas has come early this year! I should point out that I myself am quite technical, but his expertise and knowledge is second to none. I can see how Austin can not only help people who may not have much confidence in IT, but he is also an invaluable specialist consultant to those who do!! I would not have the workstation I have without Tilbury IT Services and Austin, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
