I volunteer at a small psychoanalytic charity and we chose PS Tech to help install a new email system to improve communications between committees, trainees and members. We researched a few other options but PS Tech were responsive and helpful from the start, and seemed to understand what we needed. The pricing was also reasonable in comparison to others, especially given the amount of individual attention on offer. From the beginning PS Tech were thorough and conscientious in dealing with a technologically challenged organisation and helping us think through the best configuration for our needs. They recommended we use Microsoft 365, in particular Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams. They went beyond the call of duty to get us the best possible pricing from Microsoft. Several of our members were resistant to the new system and needed help every step of the way, and PS Tech had their work cut out to make sure the project kept making progress. We required a lot of hands-on support getting all of our people setup with the variety of devices and requirements they each individually had. Some found it particularly challenging, but Dennis and Paul were extremely patient and thorough. We are very pleased with the outcome, and even the most resistant members are starting to see the benefits. We've also been really pleased with how flexible PS Tech have been and how willing they have been to engage with our changing requirements. I'm glad we chose PS Tech and we are looking forward to a productive ongoing relationship with them.

Kevin and his team were very helpful in advising us on all the steps involved in moving from our old supplier when we decided to change to a VOIP telephone system. Once the hardware and software was all set up they answered all our questions and were very happy to make several changes to the system once we began trying it out. Based on our experience we would highly recommend PS Tech to anyone looking to change telephone supplier.
