This was my first time privately renting and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I honestly found the whole process of dealing with Elliot and Bunn faultless. Sara and the team were great at assisting me with any quires I had, both when I moved in and when my tenancy came to an end. If I found myself privately renting again I would be more than happy to go to them, and certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thanks again Sara for the help and assistance over the 2 and a bit years I was renting with you.

Excellent professional service. As a Landlord we have been using Elliott and Bunn since 2001 and can thoroughly recommend them as a letting agent. They are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely conscientious. We recently bought another rental property, which had sitting tenant, and so used the incumbent agent for that property; a big mistake. That agent secured short-term tenants and were not at all knowledgeable of current legislation. Elliot and Bunn have never let us down and the average tenancy period of tenants secured by them is more than 7 years! We also rented from Elliot and Bunn for 6 months when we were moving house and can recommend their services as a tenant as well. Elliot and Bunn dont have flashy expensive offices, but they do provide an outstanding, cost-effective and professional service.

We are so pleased to have found Elliott and Bunn whilst looking to rent in Haywards Heath. Right from the start, they have been attentive and professional, allowing us to move in as quickly as possible on our desired date. During our tenancy, this was no different as any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. This was very reassuring after having had a bad experience with another local estate agent. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move out of our flat on short notice, which would have been otherwise stressful if it wasnt for the lovely Sara and Jo taking on the responsibility on our behalf. They ensured the process was seamless as possible, which my husband and I are very grateful. We would highly recommend Elliot and Bunn if you are looking to rent in the area!

The Elliott & Bunn team are faultless! Professional, helpful, quick to respond, and always striving to make sure you are catered for correctly. Sara and Jo have been a delight to work with from the word go, and I can only commend there work ethic, high level of service, and professionalism. I had relocated to Burgess Hill with my job, and the move couldn't have been made easier due to the Elliott & Bunn team. a Very big thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended!
