No problems at all. Mike arrived promptly and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Friendly and honest. Not sure why there are negative posts because I wouldnt hesitate to use him again.

Mike has certified my boilers and gas appliances for the rental properties I own and has been honest always. Subsequently he has attended with zone valve issues which he diagnosed honestly and fitted reasonably quickly. He may not be the cheapest but is reliable and professional

Called MK Gas, was told over the phone he could fix it, its a common safety switch on my make and model, would be 90 all in, he arrived the next day.... Without the part he said he new was broken, spent an hour looking at the boiler and left, next day came back with the part and spent 2 hours fitting it and said the boiler still is not working and would need a 400 Fan ( after using him i used someone else and it turned out NOT to be the Fan) i was given a bill for just over 310.00.... big jump from 90 to fit the switch "he knew it needed" turned out he did not have a clue and gave wrong or misleading information. due to this i withheld payment for 30 days as his invoice was not a bill of sale, he called and text threating to harass me at my place of work. i would avoid using he. and if on your first call he tells you he knows its a part and its a 90 fix. make sure on his first visit he brings the part! or he will charge you for wasting your time.

Broken boiler in cold weatherm Manufaturer said it's a write off, but Mike from MK Gas located us a part, fitted it and got the boiler working absolutely fine. Very good value, and a fraction of what a new boiler install would have been.

Judgemental and full of self importance - did a good job hence the star but beware, he charges 75 per hour and takes a long time!
