Best Health Food Shop (formerly It's Only Natural)

A good all around health food store, friendly helpful staff, looking forward to them moving into the centre of the high street, taking over the bigger, brighter shop, near The Post Office. Particularly like being able to purchase herbs and spices, by weight, from freshly filled jars, by the gram. Bring in your own container for refills.

The name says everything!!! I love the big range of food options plus the staff is amazing.

Very impressed with this shop, surprising amount of organic food items many of them zero packaging items, such as nuts, rice, pulses, dried fruit, spices, and also refills for cleaning products. Traflo crisps which are hard to find elsewhere and Sussex Kitchen breads which are arguably the best around. Highly recommend a visit.

I was at the grand opening and had the opportunity to meet Marilyn Glenville, and was so impressed with her knowledge and professional manner. The shop was really interesting and well stocked. Well worth a visit. The staff are really helpful and informative.
