        As managing agents we have used this company on numerous occasions over the years and would highly recommend them. They are amazing in their response to our various requests on different properties and nothing is ever too much for them. Excellent customer service and very quick in the work that is done at a very competitive price.

        Work is ok, but lousy communication - they don't read/respond to email, and if unsure they don't bother clarifying, they just do their own thing. Probably fine if you're there every time to oversee the work.
