A very warm comforting atmosphere made me feel immediately relaxed and calm. The reflexology treatments with Ginny have been tailored to my needs and have really helped me feel better both physically and mentally. Ginny is very good at giving feedback after each session and is very knowledgeable. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

In brief: I couldnt recommend Ginny, reflexology or The Olive Sanctuary more highly. The longer version: Ive being having reflexology with Ginny for almost a year. What started as a birthday treat has become a monthly commitment to maintaining my health and wellbeing. Theres never been any pressure to return but Ive enjoyed the experience so much, and feel so much better for it, that Ive come to prioritise this time for myself. As Ginny will tell you, reflexology isnt a foot rub. Over the past months Ive become more resilient, better balanced and more equipped to deal with whatever life throws at me - whether its a cold, anxiety high or hormone low. I thought reflexology would feel restorative, perhaps a little pampering. It is, and so much more. Ive only experienced reflexology with Ginny and I may just have struck gold. Ginnys exceptional experience (almost three decades) is matched by equal amounts of passion, warmth and empathy. Shes also a fantastic business owner: everything about The Olive Sanctuary experience is smooth and welcoming, from the booking system to the beautiful hand-crafted space. Dont be fooled by the exterior! The treatment room is genuinely an oasis. Theres thought behind all the small details that, together, really make this a stand-out experience. Honestly, try it.
