Very unhappy about an order I placed on the 24th, supposed to be delivered 27th. Not arrived and no response from vanguard to my messages! So far extremely unreliable and bad service!!! Update: Company contacted me eventually and apologised, gave me a personal direct contact, resent another order and again that didn't arrive (both these were Royal Mail) sent a 3rd order by courier which arrived Next Day, so sorted in the end.

Positive experience from start to finish. Glenn was super chill, approachable, knowledgeable and also was able to sort out some other bits on the bike for me too in good time. My friend has the exact same bike as me and was bummed out with his after he had a go on mine post dyno! I'm sure he'll be paying a visit soon!..

Ninja 1000 SX. Glen remapped my decatted bike and did a great job. Feels smoother, right through the range, more zippy and generally better. 9 bhp gain and about 6 torques. Up to 140 at rear wheel from 124 in standard format. Great improvements. Great service and great guy. Thanks.

Done a brilliant job remapping my bike and a proper tidy job of installing new exhaust. Nice bloke to talk to and Id take my next bike there too when the time comes.

spoke with Glen about bringing my s1kr in for a map and from the get go felt at ease and not pressured to book it in! had some very nice increases in power and every was explained and his detail to make sure everything is perfect is next level!! Will see you in the winter time for a few more runs!! Would recommend 100% to anyone!!
