Tresslers did an absolutely amazing job on fixing the damage and respraying my car and even went the extra mile to re-attach broken clips on the exterior trim. I honestly cant tell the difference before the damage and after the repair. Amazing! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In my experience, this business is no longer properly managed and I'm writing this review to provide helpful feedback to this long established company. Tressler has twice failed to provide a reasonable and proper service. On the first occasion LV Insurance had to transfer my car to Chandlers of Hailsham so that the poor quality repair work by Tressler (paint runs, poor colour match, car unsafe and more...) could be rectified. The long drawn out saga surrounding this cost me nearly three working days and the expected compensation was never received. The second occasion was this week - I arrived at 4:40pm with a friend's car to get a quote for a very straightforward front bumper respray. We were turned away by reception on the grounds it was too dark and everyone had gone home. In fact, we met several members of staff in the yard (advertised business hours are till 5:30pm) and Tressler has two large floodlit inspection bays where the car could have easily been inspected and the minor damage photographed to enable an estimate to be sent. My advice is avoid this arrogant company if you are expecting decent repair work and normal standards of customer service. Service: Body & Trim
