I am updating my review from initial rating of 1 star to 5 star. Reason: I received wrong item and wrong item was sent to the client and in the heat of the moment I rated company 1 star. BUT I must honestly admit I was wrong, I received absolutely top class customer service from Tod Hunter and especially from Jacob Cook. He genuinely tried and succeeded in resolving the issue. Genuine apology was sent to the client as well and my cleint is happy with their service. I would highly recommend them. Hampers are good value for money and quality products are provided. Lady on the phone was really polite and helpful.

Brilliant service, found Jacob in particular very accommodating and understanding as he helped me find exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Looking for corporate hampers, I wouldn't bother. 180 Christmas hampers sent out with the wrong company branded postcards. Items missing and even used. Jacob eventually sorted everything out and said they would do a staff send at Easter for us for free to make things right. Of course this did not happened and instead have not had any response whatsoever from him! Very unprofessional.
