I recently moved warehouses and without Bernard's help/advice regarding dilapidation's, we would have paid many 1000's more than we actually did. sound and professional advice from start to finish. I will always use Oldfield Smith.

What a magnificent company. This is not the first time I have used this company and each time they have been what I would call beyond helpful. If they can help they do so willingly and you get the genuine feeling they love what they do and their knowledge is second to none.

We rented our offices from Oldfield Smith & Co for a number of years. All my dealings with them have been very courteous and pleasant. No job or request is too small and they are very helpful and quick at responding to and resolving any building issues. We recently moved out and they were very accommodating. I would be very happy to have Oldfield Smith & Co as landlords again

We recently purchased an industrial property through Oldfield Smith & Co and I was impressed on how open and honest they were from the outset. They made the entire process simple for us and I am extremely impressed that even after the sales process has been completed Bernie especially continues to be a source of support. I would definitely recommend them.

Honest, easy to deal with and knowledgable on huge range of commercial property issues: I can't recommend enough. Bernie is also a genuinely good guy. I have a mountain of property related problems each year.Bernie is my go to surveyor and I trust his views entirely.
