        Bought yarn cones online. They arrived promptly but they were not what the advert had said the fiber and weight would be. I tried to contact the seller and was ignored. Very disappointed.

        I walked in without any notice and the man behind the counter was so helpful. I had two pairs of curtains that I needed taking down and not having any knowledge of upholstery/ sewing etc I had no idea what I needed. They took my curtains no problem made the adjustments and I got a call the very next day to say that they were ready for collection! Great service and so quick! Thank you :)
