        I phoned this gentleman to help flatten the carpet for my Aunt, the hall and landing carpet had raised up in clumps. I needed it done before my Aunt could be released from hospital, he came out whilst doing another Job. He decided to straighten the carpet whilst he was here, probably during his lunch break. I cannot thank Simon enough for his hard work.
